Your responsibilities will include understanding Carbons supply chain operations and ensuring efficient configuration of Oracle processes, configuring new setups and modules, re-configuring and optimizing existing setups, leading projects related to enhancing or implementing Supply Chain modules, identifying opportunities to extend and integrate Oracle with other Carbon applications, configuring and maintaining B2B integrations with key suppliers, collaborating with Carbons data analytics team, advising stakeholders about new functionality, troubleshooting issues, raising Service Requests with Oracle, ensuring stakeholders are informed of issue statuses, updating key stakeholders on the status of Service Requests, performing patch and upgrade testing, leading user testing of new setups, documenting system setup and processes, and arranging appropriate training for new users. To be successful in this role, you should have 7-10 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion (Cloud) Supply Chain Applications, a strong understanding of complex Order to Cash processes, global supply chain, manufacturing processes, proficiency in B2B setups and maintenance, the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organizational and planning skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment and interact effectively with employees at all organizational levels.,
