As a SEM Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding the client's business, industry, and objectives to strategically run ROI-driven campaigns. You will manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns, including analyzing and optimizing ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI). Your role will involve conducting keyword research, writing ad copy, setting bids and budgets, selecting the right targeting options, and monitoring the performance and quality score of the ads. Additionally, you will perform regular testing, analysis, and optimization of the ads based on data and feedback from the client. In this position, you will be required to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance regularly, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. You will also provide recommendations and suggestions for improving the SEM strategy and tactics, leveraging data and best practices. Experience with running A/B split tests and optimizing landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns will be essential aspects of your role. Effective communication with clients, gathering feedback, and ensuring the highest standard of service delivery are also key responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree or equivalent marketing qualification, along with strong experience in driving ROI-driven campaigns. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics is crucial, and the ability to develop detailed PPC strategies to increase online visibility is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, and extensive B2B SEM experience are also required qualifications for this position.,
