Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with C-level executives, and promoting our cutting-edge IT Infrastructure solutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about tech sales and business growth. Key Responsibilities: -Identify and connect with key decision-makers, especially C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, etc.) in target organizations -Understand customer IT infrastructure requirements and present relevant solutions -Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking events, and other B2B channels -Set up meetings and product demos with potential clients -Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients -Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to tailor solutions as per client needs -Regularly update CRM with client interactions and progress Required Skills & Qualifications: -Bachelor's or Master's degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related fields -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English -Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills -Confident in speaking with senior-level stakeholders -Basic understanding or interest in IT infrastructure solutions (servers, networking, cloud, etc.) -Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and eagerness to learn -Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools is a plus Preferred: -Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or IT domain -Willingness to travel for client meetings if required
