B2B Sales Executive for clothing

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Executive to handle both B2B and B2C customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with client communication (via tally calls, cold calls), customer follow-ups, and creating engaging Instagram content, including appearing on camera for product reels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Communication:
• Cold calling and tally calling to potential leads.
• Follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handling inquiries and converting leads into sales.
• Customer Review Management:
• Collecting and managing feedback and reviews from clients.
• Resolving customer concerns or issues effectively.
• Social Media Engagement:
• Create product detail videos and reels for Instagram.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and presenting products.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategy.
• B2B & B2C Engagement:
• Understand client requirements (both business and individual customers).
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and sales pitches.
• Confident on camera; experience with Instagram Reels is a plus.
• Basic understanding of customer service
• Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales preferred.
• Must be proactive, creative, and self-motivated.
