We are hiring!!! Sales Managers (Water Supply Products/Valves, Fire Fighting Products, Fire Extinguishers Division PAN India Operations. The Candidate would be responsible for managing the company's sales & marketing initiatives for the assigned territory or state. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing tours for approximately 2 to 3 weeks per month within the designated state. Base Location: Jalandhar/Hyderabad/Delhi Experience: 4 - 7 years (Similar field or industry) Salary: Competitive Salary + Incentives Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred) Key Responsibilities: Outstation travel (15-20 days per month) in the assigned Territory Regular visits to dealers to build strong relationships and support Business growth. Meet Architects, Consultants, Builders and Contractors to generate demand and secure approvals. Visit Project and construction sites to establish professional relations and to understand client requirements. To work with Government Departments like PWD, WRD, MES, etc for Business Development and Sales. Increase brand visibility through shop boards, banners, stickers, and local promotions. Handle customer enquiries, resolve queries and follow up with clients for orders and payments. To follow all CRM activities & report to H.O. at day end without miss over call on all working days be it on tour or base location. Exploring new sales leads and plan promotional activities in your area.
