You will be responsible for building an opportunity pipeline from a portfolio of partners and onboarding new partners. Additionally, you will deploy a comprehensive partner program for onboarding, training, and partner enablement. It is essential to work in a collaborative manner with global partners and provide ongoing sales trainings and product demos to partners. Your role will involve increasing market penetration channels and distributors by enabling building and developing new partners. Furthermore, you will be required to document all pertinent partner information and conversations into our CRM database and meet or exceed KPIs, including revenue targets from partners. Maintaining a full pipeline of qualified sales leads from partners is also a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in B2B partner and channel management. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools is necessary, along with comfort with technology and an ability to switch between different industries. A desire to innovate, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and orally, are essential. Experience working with cross-functional teams is also required. Nice to have qualifications include prior experience working with growth stage companies in B2B SaaS/Messaging and exposure to low-code technology platforms in industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Retail, and others.
