Roles and Responsibilities: Reconciling customer accounts through payment follow-ups Sending payment reminders Investigating and solving customersproblems Communicating the right information to the customers Establishing contact with customers to verify their details and account status Making collections pitches to customers by following standard scripts Handling customer queries, objections and rebuttals Updating customer account status Qualification Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration Working knowledge of SAP, S4HANA Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Writing) B2B collection experience in UK market Skilled in MSExcel and other related applications Skilled in different methods and techniques for negotiating payment terms with customers Knowledge of different types of queries regarding payments and standard responses to them Familiarwith standard methods to obtain financial information from customers Proficiencyin dealing with different types of non-payments and related problems
