Continuous learning and application of knowledge in Branding, Marketing, and Advertising will be key, as well as staying updated on Social Media and Industry trends to provide value to assigned accounts. The ideal candidate should have prior experience and expertise in creating content for B2B brands. You must be able to decode complex problem statements and business models to offer innovative solutions. Proficiency in creating a variety of collaterals such as Social Media Assets, Websites, Case Studies, Videos, Brochures, etc., is essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable writing for both technical and non-technical domains and prioritize teamwork to ensure a positive team and client experience. Requirements for this position include a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Copywriting, preferably from an agency background. Experience in management and leadership roles is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are a must, along with strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, results-driven, and willing to embrace the unique approach of the organization. A positive mindset, openness to feedback, and proficiency in documentation, formatting, and organization skills are essential. Knowledge of project management is considered advantageous.
