As a Brand and Marketing Manager at EY Global Consulting practice, you will play a crucial role in bringing external and internal marketing programs to life by aligning with EY's business and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for transforming business priorities into world-class execution and delivery across various channels such as thought leadership reports, web presence, social media, events, and more. Your role will involve collaborating closely with EY teams to bring solutions and services to the market while embodying the purpose of building a better working world for people, clients, and communities. Your key responsibilities will include planning and managing brand and marketing campaigns to enhance relationships and revenue with key accounts. This involves developing positioning, messaging, and content like thought leadership and client case studies, as well as working with teams and agencies to translate these into creative assets and communications. You will collaborate with global and local teams to deliver content to target audiences through different channels, ensuring content quality and compliance. To qualify for this role, you should have a college or university degree with a minimum of 6 years of B2B brand and marketing experience, preferably within professional services firms. You should be a high-energy team player with a positive attitude and excellent relationship-building skills. Experience in B2B technology services, marketing agency work, or business & technology writing is desirable. Additionally, you should possess strong campaign management, organization, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in MS Office tools. Ideally, you will hold an MBA or MS in Marketing and have a track record of event execution, B2B brand exposure, and project management. Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
