The Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, organizing meetings, handling communication, and maintaining records. The Assistant will also support various departments with clerical duties and ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications Administrative skills such as organizing, scheduling, and maintaining records Communication skills including handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Attention to detail and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not required
