Greeting from BVR People Consulting Job Title: Technician - Electrical Maintenance Type of Industries: Beverages Manufacturing industry No of vacant : 01 Education: ITI Electrician ( "B" Licence Must ) Experience: 2 to 5 years Gender: Male CTC can offer: 2 LPA to 3 LPA Job Location: Tiruvallur (Chennai) Job description 1. Changeover Handling - Operate and monitor DGEB (Diesel Generator Electric Board) changeover panels. - Ensure safe and timely switching during power failures or maintenance. 2. Electrical Readings - Take routine load readings (voltage, current, kWh, PF, frequency). - Maintain logbooks and report anomalies. 3. Wiring & Connections - Execute routine wiring, cabling, and installation of industrial sockets, MCBs, DBs, and switchgears. - Understand single-phase and three-phase systems. 4. Preventive Maintenance - Carry out daily/weekly/monthly PM schedules on electrical equipment. - Lubricate motors, inspect cables, tighten terminals, and clean panels. 5. Breakdown Support - Attend emergency breakdowns for any plant machinery requiring electrical support. - Coordinate with mechanical/electronics teams for root cause analysis.
