We are looking for a B.E. (Civil) freshers for a Project Coordinator role with Bombay Realty.

Job Location: Fort, Mumbai

Experience: Fresher B.E. (Civil) Graduates or 1 year experience in real estate industry

Role: The role involves coordinating with internal teams, supporting project documentation, preparing presentations, managing CEO-level MIS, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. This position offers strong exposure to real estate project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination

Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables across various real estate projects.

Coordinate with internal project teams (Construction, Design, Contracts, Finance, Sales, etc.) for data, updates, and reports.

Support the CEO with project-related follow-ups and action-item closure.

2. Data Management & Reporting

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly project MIS.

Conduct basic analysis of project status, delays, costs, and resource requirements.

Compile and validate data received from multiple stakeholders.

3. Presentation & Documentation

Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.

Draft project briefs, status repors, and summary documents for CEO review.

Ensure accurate documentation of meeting minutes, decisions, and action points.

4. Stakeholder Management

Liaise with senior internal stakeholders for information, approvals, and escalations.

Assist in maintaining effective communication between the CEOs office and project teams.

Ensure timely responses and follow-ups for critical activities.

5. CEO Office Support

Manage and update the CEOs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.

Ensure all meeting materials, briefs, and reports are prepared well in advance.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
