Job Description

Role & responsibilities To develop detailed designs and plans for various infrastructure projects, such as buildings, roads, bridges, and water systems. They use specialized software and tools to create these plans, considering factors like feasibility, cost, and environmental impact. To manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and adhering to safety and quality standards. To conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability, considering factors like soil conditions, local regulations, and environmental impact. To supervise construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to design specifications and safety standards. To implement quality control measures to ensure that the constructed infrastructure meets the required standards and specifications. They prioritize safety and ensure that all construction activities are carried out safely, adhering to safety regulations and procedures. To be involved in the maintenance and rehabilitation of existing infrastructure, ensuring its continued functionality and safety. To be involved in research and development activities, contributing to the advancement of engineering practices and technologies.
