We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer and .NET Engineer Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of distributed systems, messaging systems, event-driven system design, and advanced dependency injection and reflection techniques. This role requires a strong foundation in .NET, C#, and object-oriented programming, as well as expertise in SQL, SQL Server, EF Core, and MongoDB. Additionally, proficiency in frontend technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and Redux is essential. Key Responsibilities: Architecture: Design and implement distributed systems, addressing both their advantages and challenges. Ensure familiarity with messaging systems like Azure Service Bus (AZB) and RabbitMQ. Apply event-driven system design and patterns, including outbox and sagas. Demonstrate deep understanding of dependency injection and reflection. Business as Usual Development Tasks: Develop and maintain applications using .NET and C#. Apply object-oriented programming principles effectively. Understand and implement SOLID principles thoroughly. Utilize strong knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, and Entity Framework Core (EF Core). Work with MongoDB and optimize queries for both SQL and MongoDB. Frontend Tasks: Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript. Utilize RxJS and understand reactive programming concepts. Implement state management using Redux. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) and other stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships within the team and across departments. Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for stakeholders. Proactive problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6-11 years of experience as a .NET Engineer Lead or similar role. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms and services. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Knowledge of microservices architecture.
