As a Technical Support Specialist, your role will involve receiving and tracking trouble tickets, assigning them to the appropriate technical specialist, and ensuring timely resolution within the SLAs defined in the ticketing system. You will provide telephone support to end-users on hardware, XStore, ORPOS software, and other store system related issues. Taking ownership of problems, resolving them efficiently, and ensuring end-user satisfaction will be key responsibilities. Collaborating with Level 3 support and other escalation points to address technical issues will also be part of your duties.
