Experienced in deploying VMs, Storage, VNETs, Azure SQL, Backup, and App Services.. Collaborate with DevOps and architects to modernize workloads to PaaS.. Ensure security, compliance, and governance across Azure environments.. Lead incident resolution and RCA for escalated L2/L3 issues.. Knowledge of VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, and resource optimization.. Manage critical and emergency change requests per ITIL standards.. Participate in problem review meetings and implement preventive measures.. Drive incident bridges, identify recurring issues, and suggest solutions.. Contribute to migration and upgrade initiatives for cloud and Windows servers..
