As a Senior Network Administrator Level 3 based in Pune, with 8-14 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure in a hybrid setup. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Network Infra team. Your key responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing high-level enterprise networks such as 2-tier, 3-tier, fabric, and cloud configurations. You will be tasked with designing WAN connectivity for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud solutions, as well as creating stable, secure, and scalable routing designs utilizing EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP protocols. Additionally, you will design campus networks for high availability, ensuring a solid understanding of networking concepts such as Layer-2 protocols, VLANs, STP, and routing concepts. You will work with a variety of networking products including Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, Velocloud, and Azure VPCs, setting up network configurations, troubleshooting routing protocols, and ensuring connectivity and performance optimization. Collaborating with other IT teams and external vendors will be essential to implement and maintain the network infrastructure effectively. The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of network architecture for enterprises, experience with large-scale global network environments, and proficiency in creating network diagrams using tools like MS-Visio. A deep understanding of network security principles, L2 and L3 technologies, AWS VPCs, Azure Vnets, and troubleshooting tools like tcpdump and Wireshark is required. Certifications such as CCNP: ENCOR, ENCC, CCIE Enterprise or Cloud, ITIL, Cloud Specific, and relevant Meraki certifications are preferred. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, exceptional written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset are necessary for this role.
