Arham AI caters to e-commerce store managers, influencers, and B2B professionals seeking to streamline content creation processes and elevate their digital presence. As an Azure Speech AI Trainer in a full-time remote capacity at Arham AI, your primary responsibility will revolve around training and enhancing AI-driven speech recognition models. Your tasks will include the development of effective training strategies, optimizing speech-to-text accuracy, and collaborating closely with the AI development team to implement industry best practices in speech AI training. To excel in this role, you should possess experience working with Azure Speech AI tools and technologies, a solid understanding of training and optimizing speech recognition models, a strong foundation in machine learning and natural language processing, proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++, exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, and prior experience in training AI models for speech-to-text applications.
