Azure .NET Developer

As an Azure .NET Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying secure and scalable .NET Core services on Azure App Service, Functions, and Kubernetes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven workflows integrating Cosmos DB, SQL, Service Bus, and storage queues. - Writing clean, unit-tested C# code, enforcing coding standards, performing code reviews, and optimizing performance. - Automating build, test, and release pipelines with Azure DevOps and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM/Bicep or Terraform. - Monitoring production workloads with Application Insights, diagnosing issues, and driving root-cause resolution. - Collaborating with architects, product owners, and QA in an Agile scrum cadence, providing technical leadership, and mentoring junior team members. Qualifications required for this role are as follows: Must-Have: - 3+ years of professional C#/.NET Core development experience. - Hands-on experience deploying apps to Azure (App Service, Functions, Containers, or AKS). - Proficiency with SQL Server or Cosmos DB and writing optimized queries. - Strong grasp of REST, JSON, OAuth2, and security best practices. - Experience with Git, pull requests, and continuous integration. Preferred: - Exposure to microservices patterns, Domain-Driven Design, and message brokers (Service Bus, Event Grid). - Knowledge of DevOps tooling such as Azure Pipelines, ARM/Bicep, Terraform, or GitHub Actions. - Understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
