Job Title: Azure Location: Gurgaon, India Experience: 8--12 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Lead with 812 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Azure-based cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading DevOps practices, guiding teams, and optimizing deployment processes in a collaborative, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Architect infrastructure solutions using Azure IaaS and PaaS services. Collaborate with development and operations teams for seamless application deployment. Automate infrastructure management using IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. Lead initiatives to improve reliability, performance, and scalability of DevOps processes. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to deployment and infrastructure. Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into projects. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS services: App Services, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Functions. Hands-on experience with cloud migration and large-scale enterprise deployments. Proficiency in Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and microservice architectures. Skilled in scripting languages like PowerShell, JSON, YAML, or Bicep. Advanced experience with Azure DevOps, pipelines, repos, and artifacts. Familiar with Azure networking (VNet, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, etc.). Working knowledge of Azure AD, Windows/Linux environments. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline. 8–12 years of relevant experience in Azure DevOps. Mandatory Certifications: Microsoft AZ-204 and AZ-400.
