As a Product Expert in SAP BASIS/TechOps at Haleon, a leading consumer health company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the ERP landscape. With over 15-20 years of experience, this role based in Bangalore requires strong technical and operational expertise to manage all aspects of the ERP landscape stack, including applications, databases, and operating systems. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support and designing ERP technology solutions primarily focused on SAP. You will be responsible for ensuring that all SAP solutions are delivered and maintained securely and compliant with internal standards and external regulations. Additionally, you will guide and promote the optimal use of technology to support cost-effective delivery of business requirements within your area of expertise. In this role, you will support the delivery and sustainability of complex applications and business capabilities, regularly review risks and compliance parameters, and address security vulnerabilities in a timely manner. You will also collaborate with various teams to integrate solutions, influence technical activities in a complex environment, and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements. Your role will involve working closely with partner governance teams to define appropriate KPIs and ensure quality of service from partners. You will provide guidance, direction, and technical support to product teams, mentor and share technology knowledge with the teams, and work on audit needs and SOX compliance across the landscape. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 15 years of SAP Basis hands-on experience, experience leading teams, and technical expertise in SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP BW, Azure Hosting, DB Oracle, HANA, Netweaver, SAP PI/PO, SAP Solution Manager, SAP GRC, among others. You should be able to manage escalations at the director level, effectively communicate and influence technical discussions with senior management, and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
