Understandingof IoT edge solutions with a focus on gateway communication using protocols like MQTT, AMQP, OPC UA, Modbus, and TCP. Microsoft PowerPlatform: Build & Manage Applications using Power Apps, Dataverse, and other built-in Data Connectors. Build & Manage Power Automate flows. Understanding of the Power Admin Roles & Responsibilities: Performance Monitoring& Incident Management: Set up and manage monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Application Insights to ensure system reliability and performance. Respond to and resolve incidents and support requests for IoT platform issues. Required Skills and Experience: Technical Expertise: Proven experience in administering and configuring Azure IoT solutions, including atleast two complex projects. Proficiency in IoT protocols such as MQTT, AMQP and TCP/HTTPS. Expertise in Azure services: IoT Hub, Device Provisioning Services, Data Factory, Service Bus, and serverless compute options like Azure Functions. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, including pipeline management and version control. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and AppInsights. Proficient in scripting and automation using ARM Templates (+Bicep). PowerShell knowledge is an advantage. Sound knowledge & experience in Power Platform (Power Apps; Power BI; Power Automate) development. Experience in PowerApps Application Lifecycle Management (Power Platform Pipelines; ALM Accelerator). Professional Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on platform engineering and performance tuning. Proven ability to handle incidents and resolve support requests efficiently. Excellent communication and customer management skills. Desirable Qualifications & Qualities: Certification: AZ-900(Azure Fundamentals) & AZ-104 (Azure Administrator and IoT Certifications). Experience in IoT Edge Gateway communication.
