PF Detection is mandatory Job Description: Ideally the resource needs to have the following skillset Technical knowledge & experience of delivering, troubleshooting & bug fixing in Azure and in particular Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD); Technical knowledge, experience of delivering, troubleshooting & bug fixing of VPN (Checkpoint product desired, although not essential); Technical knowledge of Citrix is beneficial but not essential; Experience of transitioning from a Citrix landscape to AVD is desired but not essential. Experience of fast paced delivery with tight deadlines and proactive approach to troubleshooting sticking to scope and providing prompt turnaround of bug fixes; Strong communication skills the role will predominantly be working with business users to troubleshoot any issues and following agreement with project architects, moving forward with any technical fixes required. The user needs to have strong English written and spoken language who can converse with any required business users
