Responsibilities: Work with the product owner, development team, and architects to provide inputs to the test strategy Write and execute manual and automated test cases (functional, integration, and acceptance) Integrate test cycles into the DevOps pipeline Evaluate tools and technologies, recommend frameworks, and build proof of concepts Work creatively and efficiently in troubleshooting and resolving system issues Automate testing for frontend applications and backend services (REST APIs) Document, track, prioritize, and report defects Manage test data and environments Handle test script versioning and control Define, capture, and report testing metrics Skills Required: Manual Testing Automation Testing Cypress (Mandatory) REST API Testing Playwright Test case design and execution CI/CD pipeline integration Bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) Version control systems (e.g., Git) Requirements BS degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience JMeter for performance / load testing Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance including writing manual tests and execution Exposure to functional automation framework implementation and hands-on coding Exposure to AZURE dev ops, CI/CD integration Exposure to following technologies: RDMS, SQL, *nix, windows, XML and Java Strong foundation in various SDLC methodologies Exposure to scripting languages like Jscript, Python would be an added advantage
