Azure DevOps Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining a team that has laid the foundation for a robust DevOps practice to support an Azure-based data platform. Your mission will be to make deployments faster, more reliable, and less dependent on manual work so that developers can focus on building. As a hands-on DevOps Engineer, you will work independently and take ownership of end-to-end topics. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement GitHub actions workflow for various Azure solutions including Azure databricks, DB solutions, Azure functions, App Services, REST API Solutions (APIOps), Power BI Solutions, and AI/ML Solutions (MLOps). - Define Pull Request flow, including Pull Request, Review, Merging, Build, Acceptance, and Deploy processes. - Understand developers" deployment needs and define GitHub actions for each project to facilitate code deployment to Production. - Propose scalable architecture solutions to support development and operations. - Install software and configure Git Hub Runners. - Contribute to light infrastructure automation using Terraform when necessary. Qualifications Required: - University degree in Computer Sciences or a similar field of studies. - 3+ years of experience in setting up GitOps processes and creating GitHub Actions. - Basic experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Strong understanding of Azure Services such as Azure storage account (ADLS), Azure function apps, App services, and databricks hosted in Azure. - Background in data solution development and automation for CI/CD. - Highly motivated to help/guide teammates succeed in projects. - Fluent in English.
