Job Description

Azure Data Engineer

Design and develop robust and scalable data pipelines using
Azure Data Factory
,
Databricks
, and
Azure Synapse Analytics
Develop and optimize
ETL/ELT processes
Implement data lake and data warehouse solutions using
Azure Data Lake Storage
,
SQL Server
, and
Synapse
Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources (e.g., APIs, databases, files)
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security
Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control using
Azure DevOps / Git
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and architecture discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
4+ years of experience
in Data Engineering with hands-on experience in
Azure cloud services
Strong knowledge of:
Azure Data Factory
Azure Data Lake (Gen1/Gen2)
Azure Synapse Analytics
Databricks / Spark
SQL
Python / PySpark
Experience with data modeling, metadata management, and performance tuning
Familiarity with
Azure DevOps
, Git, and CI/CD practices
