Description Key position details This role will focus on providing technical support for the Global Payment IAM systems and will be responsible for overall maintenance and configuration standards of the tools This role will ensure the implementation of MFA on existing software platforms across multiple businesses under the Global Payments umbrella. Will assist MFA operational support with the onboarding of new applications into Azure B2C, Entra ID and Okta. Will work to ensure optimisation of the Azure B2C operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Will create and maintain Azure B2C process and troubleshooting documentation. Will be leading the team in technology implementations ad train peers as needed Report back to the leadership on project updates, Key milestones and strategic initiatives Key Requirements For The Role SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2, Hands on (limited) experience with any of IAM solutions such as Ping, IBM FIM, ADFS, OKTA, Azure IAM platforms Experience with Azure AD, Azure B2C, and Azure SSO Experience with custom policies in Azure B2C and working with XML Experience with user account provisioning using integrated HR systems and MS Active Directory. JD: - Relying Party Policies : In-depth knowledge of configuring sign-up, sign-in, password reset, profile editing, and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) edit policies within Azure AD B2C using Custom Policy - Integration and Configuration of Social IDPs: Proficiency in integrating and configuring Social Identity Providers (IDPs) using Custom Policy and the App Developers portal.(Google, Azure AD, Apple OIDC, LinkedIn) - User Journey and Sub Journey Design: Ability to design and implement user journeys and sub journeys tailored to specific business requirements. - Orchestration Steps: Experience in defining orchestration steps to manage the flow of interactions during authentication and authorization processes. - Claims Transformation : Expertise in transforming claims during authentication flows to meet application-specific needs. - Technical Profile Setup : Configuration of technical profiles to define interactions with identity providers and applications. - REST API and Graph API : Practical experience in integrating and utilizing REST APIs and Graph APIs within Azure AD B2C environments. - Frontend Technologies : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, C#, and client-side customization for enhancing user interfaces and experiences. - Backend Development : Strong skills in XML for backend development tasks related to Azure AD B2C customization. - Claims Schema Management : Ability to manage claims schemas to define and manage identity data exchanged during authentication. - Policy Frameworks : Familiarity with policy frameworks such as Base Framework, Extension Framework, and Localization Framework for structuring and customizing authentication policies. - Azure AD B2C Tenant Configuration : Configuration and management of Azure AD B2C tenants to align with organizational requirements. - DevOps Practices : Knowledge of DevOps principles including CI/CD pipelines, source control (e.g., Git), and deployment strategies. - Cloud Services : Understanding of Azure services such as Blob Storage and Azure Functions, relevant to Azure AD B2C customization and deployment. - Tools: Working with Visual Studio Code, POSTMAN Application - Protocols and Tokens :- JWT Token, OAuth, OIDC - Security : Bringing in solutions to enhance security of AD B2C and provide a seamless experience to users. - Solution Architect : To review or create the architectural designs, Figma, Flow Diagrams for new Projects that needs to be integrated with AD B2C as well as possessing knowledge of ITIL and SDLC Process.
