Title : Dynamic 365 Consultant Location: Pune Onsite Total Experience: 5 – 8 years Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Roles & Responsibilities: Design and develop new solutions and enhance existing ones using Dynamics 365 online Build, deploy, and maintain C#/.NET plugins, especially Azure-aware plugins Implement JavaScript/jQuery customizations for form logic, UI enhancements, and client-side integrations Develop and maintain Power Automate flows, ensuring seamless D365 automation and orchestration Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and vendors using third-party APIs Support and augment existing Dynamics configurations, custom extensions, and daily reporting delivered to client’s Service Leader Uphold CRM best practices through solution design, vendor integrations, version control, testing, and deployment Align technical designs with Microsoft’s product roadmap and future direction to ensure scalability and upgradability Use Azure DevOps and GIT for source control, CI/CD pipeline setups, and deployment automation Troubleshoot complex issues collaboratively, provide technical mentorship, and share expertise with team members Skills Required: Must-Have: 5 years hands-on with Dynamics 365 (online) both configuration and customized development 3 years’ experience developing C#/.NET plugins, including Azure-aware plugins 5 years’ experience in JavaScript/jQuery customization within D365 CE 3 years in Power Automate flows implementation and maintenance 3 years working with Azure services/components and Plugins integrated with Azure 3 years in API integration with third-party systems Proficiency using Azure DevOps, GIT, and automation/tooling for version control and deployments Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in interfacing with clients and business users Strong problem-solving capabilities and collaborative mindset in team environments Good-to-Have: Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or equivalent Knowledge of Dynamics 365 ecosystem tools like Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
