Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled L3 Azure Administrator (Windows & Linux) to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing and optimizing Azure IaaS environments, ensuring top-notch performance, security, and availability of our cloud infrastructure. This role demands a profound understanding of Azure services, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective customer interaction skills. Key Responsibilities:- **Infrastructure Management:** Deploy, configure, and oversee Azure resources like virtual machines, storage accounts, and virtual networks.- **Monitoring and Optimization:** Implement monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for peak performance and availability.- **Security and Compliance:** Apply best practices for securing Azure environments with tools like Network Security Groups, Azure Firewall, and Azure Security Center.- **Automation and Scripting:** Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates to enhance operational efficiency.- **Disaster Recovery:** Manage disaster recovery solutions using Azure Site Recovery and Azure Backup.- **Troubleshooting and Support:** Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex issues, collaborating closely with support teams and customers for incident resolution.- **Customer Interaction:** Effectively handle customer calls, providing clear explanations on technical topics, solutions, and best practices.- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.- **Windows & Linux OS Management:** Certification Requirements - AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate (Mandatory), AZ-305 Designing Azure Infrastructure Solutions (Certification Optional with knowledge).
