Job Description

4-6 years working in IT - specialist in 3 technical areas e.g., Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, Splunk, Fortinet WAF/FW.
Strong technical experience across Public and private cloud (VMWare and Azure), Office365.
support multiple clients across multiple technologies.
Mentoring junior team members.
Consult with customers across a cross-team environment.
Documentation and development of designs, processes, and procedures.
Work within a structured ITIL/ISO20000IT Service Management environment.
Works directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts, and implement solutions.
Excellent presentation and reporting skills arising from customer facing and on site experience.
Very strong verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
Escalation points for major incidents/investigations.
Service Owner for several services e.g., Azure, DevOps.
