Job Title: Graphic & Website Designer Location: #620, Phase 1, 12th Cross, MCECHS Layout, Bangalore – 560077 Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (depending on requirement) Reports To: Creative Director / Marketing Head Role Overview The Graphic & Website Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent designs across both digital and print media, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX for the company’s website(s) and digital platforms. This role requires a fusion of creativity, technical web design skills, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Create high-quality designs for marketing materials, social media, and presentations. Develop brand identity assets, including logos, typography, and color palettes. Prepare print-ready artwork for brochures, flyers, and event collaterals. Website Design & Development Design responsive, mobile-friendly website layouts and prototypes. Build and maintain websites using modern CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.). Ensure UI/UX best practices are implemented for accessibility and performance. Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end designs with back-end systems. Digital Assets & Multimedia Design email templates, web banners, and other digital advertising creatives. Optimize graphics for fast loading without compromising quality. Create simple animations or motion graphics for social and web use. Brand Consistency Maintain and evolve brand guidelines. Ensure design language is consistent across all channels and touchpoints. Collaboration Work with marketing, content, and technical teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or equivalent. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for web design implementation. Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.). Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD). Creative problem-solving and ability to work to deadlines. Awareness of current design trends and emerging web technologies. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience (portfolio required). Experience with SEO principles in web design. Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Quality and creativity of design outputs. Website usability, load time, and SEO performance. Consistency with brand identity. Timely delivery of projects. User engagement metrics for digital content. Career Growth Path Short Term: Senior Graphic & Web Designer / Brand Lead. Long Term: Creative Director / UI/UX Lead with strategic oversight of digital brand experience.
