Designation: Senior Manager / Manager-Production Education : B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Experience : 12-18 years in Production/Plant Operations (Manager level) or 15-20 years (Senior Manager level) in chemical, manufacturing, or process industry . Location: Vapi, Gujarat Roles and responsibilities 1) Responsibility of production target as per customer requirement (Includes production planning, production schedules execution, Dispatch planning & Follow up, Inspections and corrective measures) 2) Responsible for safety, health & environmental-related improvement & issues in the plant. Improve safety culture in the plant to achieve Zero accidents and Zero non-compliances as per company policies. 3) Achieving production goal by diligent performance tracking of production, service department team & collaboration with support function within the organisation. 4) Monitor product quality & standard specification of product to achieve consistency of Finish Good product specification as per customer requirement. 5) Effective manpower deployment as per their Technical & Soft Skill for better result achievement. 6) Ensure preventive & predicative maintenance prioritization for production optimization & minimizing breakdown production losses. 7) Productivity improvement, 5 S initiatives, yield improvement plan, cost saving initiative implementation, process, and machine-related troubleshooting /De bottle necking of process step. 8) Continuous improvement in plant with R & D and Engineering team to optimise production & minimizing product cost. 9) Comply with legal, statutory requirement, ISO: 9001-2015, ISO : 14001 & OSHAS:18001 system and safety standards. 10) Employee Development - Monitor & periodic review performance of sub-ordinates for continual improvement & employees engagement as per their Technical & Soft Skill for better result achievement.
