The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of work experience in the hospital industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital. This includes coordinating with TPA/Mediclaim, empaneling new insurance companies, and maintaining relationships with doctors. You will also be involved in organizing monthly camps, supervising hospital staff, and conducting periodic maintenance of hospital equipment. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to coordinate with PROs and plan monthly visits to peripheral regions. Experience with NABH/Ayushman schemes is preferred for this position. Female candidates are preferred for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve rotational shifts.
