As a Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for managing and achieving business targets in your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partnerships, direct sales, and marketing initiatives. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts will be crucial, as you identify new opportunities for growth and expansion based on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. The ideal candidate for this role should have 3-8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, with a preference for those with experience in Ayurvedic Products. A proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through the execution of effective sales strategies is essential. You should also have established business relations with 200 Ayurvedic Dispensing Doctors & Stores, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships at all levels. Knowledge of Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicines and the capability to generate Bulk Volume Sales & Modern Trade Ayurvedic Sales are key requirements for this position. Additionally, being well-versed in Network Handling will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with a work location based remotely.,
