• Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a Diploma in General Nursing, Ayurveda, and Midwifery, or a B.Sc. degree in Ayurveda Nursing.

Duties and responsibilities :-

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with medical guidelines and protocols. They play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of treatment plans.
• Ensure patients' comfort, hygiene, and overall well-being.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-treatment care.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Handle medical equipment and supplies efficiently.

Team Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Participate in shift handovers and provide detailed reports on patient conditions.

Emergency & Critical Situations

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide necessary first aid or critical care.
• Follow hospital emergency protocols and assist in crisis manageme
