This role includes overseeing guest experience, front desk management, coordination with departments, and supporting day-to-day administration and operations. --- Key Responsibilities: Front Office & Guest Services Welcome and greet guests warmly with a professional attitude. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently. Maintain guest records and manage appointment bookings. Ensure guest comfort, satisfaction, and handle grievances promptly. Coordinate guest movement with internal departments (therapists, doctors, housekeeping, etc.). Upsell services, packages, or products when appropriate. Operations & Administration Oversee day-to-day centre operations along with administrative tasks. Maintain staff attendance records, duty rosters, and office discipline. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility maintenance. Monitor cleanliness, front desk appearance, and overall ambience. Ensure SOPs are followed for client data, filing systems, and documentation. Maintain stock of office supplies and treatment consumables. Generate daily reports on footfall, feedback, and appointments. Assist in billing, cash handling, and petty cash management. --- Skills and Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in front office, admin, or guest services (preferably in hospitality, wellness, healthcare, or clinic setups). Excellent communication (English, local language) and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and front office systems (POS/CRM/Booking software). Pleasant personality, customer-first approach, and problem-solving attitude. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work independently.
