Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, 3–4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Kannada to assist in regional communications and coordination. Key Responsibilities : Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and communications. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Draft, proofread, and translate documents, emails, and reports in Kannada and English. Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Follow up on action items discussed in meetings and ensure timely execution. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, especially in Kannada-speaking regions. Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials. Assist in managing key projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO. Maintain office systems, including data management and filing. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership. Excellent command of both English and Kannada (verbal and written). Strong organizational and time-management skills. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
