This opening is for one of our leading Investment Banking client in Mumbai location Exp level : 7 to 9 years Responsibilities You will provide support in the migration to the cloud solution. You will be responsible for the installation and effective running of File Transfers by CFT and XFB Gateway. You will be responsible for the installation and effective running of Sentinels file Transfer monitoring. You treat and resolve CFT incidents by diagnosing and determining severity and priority and deciding what actions to take to restore the service. You prepare, document and execute changes in accordance with internal procedures and in relation to the various stakeholders and clients. You verify the correct execution of these change requests and, if necessary, you implement a backup plan. You participate in the validation of the monitoring and the procedures and exercises of "Disaster Recovery". You ensure support for applications outside normal business hours. You create and maintain the up-to-date documentation in collaboration with the squad. You are involved in maintaining and improving operational quality. You will have regular contacts with the teams of the other technical fields, BPI, ITG, Helpdesk, the different Business Lines of the bank and the teams of BNP Paribas, the external suppliers. Technical & Behavioral Competencies Cloud solutions (Iaas, Paas using Kubernetes, Docker) The knowledge of CFT/XFB gateway on windows and / or Linux You are a technician and have a strong interest in support activities. Experience in managing incidents and problems is an added advantage. Knowledge of Axway Sentinel (Monitoring tool for File Transfer). Knowledge of Ansible Tower PGP(Pretty Good Privacy). Knowledge of Python, secure transport, shell, perl (Will be added advantage) Operational knowledge of the mainframe, including ISPF, JCL and REXX Good knowledge of Linux, Windows Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident managements

Detailed JD: Axway API gateway can call transformation tool like Amplify or B2Bi or ITX enabled as Http. Must have knowledge of Axway API gateway and preferably B2Bi as transformation tool and mapping tool. 2nd option is Axway API gateway and Amplify integration. Must have mapping experience of mapping X12 to XML. B2Bi mapping. So B2Bi inline process idea is must. Must have knowledge of development environment - Axway B2Bi IDE environment Extensive Experience in below: Axway B2Bi suite B2B Integrations EDi Mapping Communication and connectivity protocol Partner Management B2B integrations including Axway API gateway Sentinel report creation Track business values Axway programming knowledge and scripting Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands. Responsibilities He/She will be responsible for Administrate and manage all the components of variety of MFT tools licensed in Cotiviti Environment Works with internal and external customers to configure and troubleshoot file transfers. Daily monitoring of the system health and resolving the critical issues in Jira within SLA times. As a Senior Analyst, help the Analysts and Junior Analysts on the operational improvements and Critical issues. Implement proper security certificates for file transfer protocols and well versed with file Encryption/Decryption notions. Monitors the performance of the tools and resolves operational problems. Work with vendor, client, internal businesses, client service managers to collaborate on new implementations and/or issues troubleshooting Coordinating the installation of softwares on Linux/windows platforms and performing software patches upgrades. Work independently with minimal supervision. Identify and implement new processes and best practices. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in Designing, Administrating and supporting different MFT solutions Working knowledge of Software installations/setup/configuring the vendor softwares in on Prem and cloud environment Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating environments and basic network concepts. Should be comfortable in any of the scripting languages Python/Shell Scripting/Powershell scripting to automate the daily tasks. Highly focused on following the security procedures. Experience in a 2nd level of operational support role Experience working with security certificates for encryption/decryption and authentication. Experience monitoring and resolving file transfer issues. Proficient documentation skills; able to fully document operational requirements, proposed solutions, processes, and data flows effectively Excellent written and Verbal communication skills Axway Secure Transport Admin certification is preferred but not Mandatory Working knowledge on other MFT tools like GlobalScape/IBM Connect Direct will be an added advantage

Responsibilities 1. Axway Transfer CFT Administration, Installation and Upgrade (Both standalone and cluster environments). 2. Axway Transfer CFT configuration: a. New partner and IDF creation. b. Flow modifications. c. PKI, TLS/SSL certificates management. d. CFT Windows/Unix scripting (sending, resend, error handling). 3. Axway Transfer CFT Troubleshooting, analyse and resolve CFT production problems. 4. Knowledge of Pesit, FTPS and SFTP protocols. 5. ServiceNow ticketing tool (requests, changes, incidents, problems). 6. Basic Knowledge on UNIX and Windows OS and Networking. 7. Interaction with vendors (opening Cases, etc) 8. Interaction with external customers (Communication issues troubleshooting). Desirable knowledge in: 9. Axway Secure Transport (Installation and Configuration). 10. Axway Flow Manager (Installation and Configuration). Ansible & scripting skills for developing new automations. Contributing Responsibilities 1. Must have 4-5 years working experience on Axway SecureTransport. Good knowledge on Linux or Unix operating system and should be well versed in command line processing, etc. Design and development of Integration solutions using Axway. Working experience in FTP, sFTP and AS2 protocols to transfer files Working knowledge on Putty, WinSCP, FileZilla Good experience in Communication Protocols. Good communication with client and other stake holders. Should be able to lead the team of 4-5 team members.
