To manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and support the company’s financial planning for smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software. Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer invoices. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain accurate records of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Support in filing GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related documentation. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers. Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and internal audits. Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and contracts. Generate MIS reports for management decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
