Position Title: Senior HR & Hiring Executive Experience: 3–6 Years Job Type: Full Time Location: Pune Preferred Industry: IT/ Technology Reporting To: HR Manager/ Head of HR/ Head of Operations Vision To create a responsive, compliant, and people-centric HR ecosystem that fuels growth, performance, and innovation in a dynamic IT environment by attracting the right talent and fostering a culture of continuous development. Goals 1. Recruitment and Selection Responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and on-board the right talent in alignment with organizational needs. 2. Learning and Development Oversees the identification, design, and delivery of training initiatives to enhance employee skills and support career growth. 3. Talent Management Supports performance management, career development, and succession planning to retain and grow internal talent. 4. Compensation and Benefits Positioning Ensures competitive and compliant compensation structures and benefit programs that align with industry standards and employee expectations. 5. Monthly Payroll Processing Manages end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, statutory deductions, and coordination with finance for timely disbursements. 6. Compliance and Statutory Management Maintains adherence to all labour laws and statutory requirements through accurate documentation and timely filings. 7. Employee Engagement Drives initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, well-being, and a positive organizational culture through continuous engagement efforts. 8. Audit Assistance Provides documentation and process support during HR audits to ensure compliance and accountability. 9. Company Secretarial Compliance Assistance Assists in fulfilling company secretarial duties by supporting statutory filings, record maintenance, and governance documentation. Experience ● 3 to 6 years of broad HR experience with a strong emphasis on hiring, compliance, and core HR operations. ● Experience in an IT or tech-driven organization is preferred. ● Hands-on experience with: ○ Payroll processing and coordination with finance/ accounting teams. ○ Performance appraisal frameworks. ○ Organizing training programs and managing learning & development needs. ○ Conducting team-building sessions and initiatives to foster a collaborative work culture. ○ Working knowledge of HR regulatory requirements and tech compliance domains such as ISO, SOC 2, GDPR is a significant advantage. Skills ● Strong command over recruitment life cycle and sourcing strategies. ● Familiarity with payroll software and coordination with third-party payroll providers. ● Ability to implement and manage appraisal systems and performance tracking. ● Skilled in planning and executing training needs assessments, L&D initiatives, and employee development programs. ● Understanding of statutory compliances related to labour laws, PF/ESI, minimum wages, Shops and Establishment Act, etc. ● Knowledge of compliance in tech domains (e.g., data protection policies, internal audits). ● Proficiency in using HRMS/ATS and reporting tools. ● Analytical mind-set to track and report key HR metrics. Qualifications ● Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Additional certifications in payroll management, L&D, HR analytics, or regulatory compliance will be advantageous. Intangible / Soft Skills ● High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. ● Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. ● Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process-following abilities. ● Empathetic and approachable with a genuine interest in people and culture. ● Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ● Collaborative mind-set with a passion for fostering team spirit and continuous learning.
