As an AXIOM Controller View Specialist at HCL Technologies, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Expertise in AXIOM Controller View with 4-10 years of experience, demonstrating strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL & Unix. - Ability to support user queries efficiently with a customer-centric approach and optimal resolution time. - Engage in written and oral communication with customers to ensure effective interfacing. - Provide support for Production Apps developed in AXIOM, Oracle PLSQL, UNIX. - Proactively work towards continuous improvement and conduct root cause analysis regularly. - Manage project priorities effectively and handle escalations when necessary. - Demonstrate self-sufficiency in managing customer expectations. - Exhibit a positive attitude towards teamwork when required. - Monitor and track tickets/change requests while ensuring SLAs are met. - Willingness to participate in customer interviews as part of the selection process. - Be prepared to work in shifts and weekends for 24x7 support, as and when required. - Flexible working location options available in Pune, Madurai, or Bengaluru.
