As a Technical Marketing Product Manager at AMD, you will play a crucial role in driving the long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap to deliver high-quality, industry-leading technologies to market. Your primary focus will be on DDR and AXI IP, as well as related high-speed protocols. You will be responsible for owning the product life cycle of AMD-AECG's DDR and AXI IP portfolio from definition to production and EOL. Collaborating closely with various teams within AMD, including HW & SW Engineering and Architects, you will work towards driving technology innovation in IPs, SW, and platforms. Your key responsibilities will include delivering technical content to customers through webinars, white papers, and training sessions, as well as understanding and addressing customer challenges to ensure their success. You will also be involved in partnering across different organizations to advance technology innovation. Preferred experience for this role includes familiarity with FPGA design, interconnect and bus interfaces, ARM processors, DDR4/5, LPDDR4/5, AXI-Lite, AXI-4 Memory Map, and Streaming, among others. Additionally, a demonstrated ability to engage in technical discussions, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate new ideas will be beneficial. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in the field.
