Job Description: Electrical Technician - Control Panels for Welding Rotators Position: Electrical Technician Location: Axetronic Industries, Chakan Plant Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting control panels specifically for welding rotators. This role requires expertise in electrical schematics, control systems, and a strong understanding of industrial automation. Key Responsibilities: Control Panel Assembly: Design, assemble, and wire control panels for welding rotators based on technical specifications and schematics. Install and configure electrical components such as contactors, relays, circuit breakers, VFDs, and motor controllers. Wiring and Testing: Perform wiring of control panels and ensure compliance with electrical standards (e.g., IEC, NEC). Conduct functional and continuity tests to verify proper operation of the control panels. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues during panel assembly and installation. Provide support for on-site installation and commissioning of welding rotator systems. Documentation: Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Maintain accurate records of wiring layouts, modifications, and test results. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all control panels meet company and industry standards for quality and safety. Participate in inspections and quality checks to maintain consistent standards. Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers, mechanical technicians, and other team members to meet project deadlines. Provide feedback on design improvements and component selection. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (basic knowledge is acceptable).
