Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer for our Client to take full ownership of the ongoing development, upgrades, and ecosystem expansion of NexQlouds Layer 1 blockchain platform. You will be responsible for maintaining our blockchain, implementing advanced features such as governance-based wallet locks, decentralized exchange mechanisms, Hyperlane bridging, and custom consensus configurations. Key Responsibilities: Chain Maintenance & Enhancements • Maintain, monitor, and upgrade NexQlouds Cosmos-based Layer 1 blockchain. • Implement hard forks, bug fixes, and performance improvements with minimal downtime. • Manage validator coordination, genesis configuration changes, and chain parameter updates. Smart Contract Development • Write, test, and deploy Cosmos-based smart contracts for: o Decentralized Exchange (DEX) functionality (AMM, swaps, liquidity pools) o Wallet lock/unlock rules governed by governance proposals o Transaction volume caps and thresholds o Staking reward logic and slashing rules • Optimize contract gas usage and security. Bridge Integrations & Interchain Connectivity • Integrate with Hyperlane or similar bridging protocols to allow cross-chain NXQ token transfers. • Implement interchain messaging and asset flow (IBC integration). • Monitor relayer health and ensure uptime of cross-chain communication.
