Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Location- Borivali East Job Timing – 9.00am – 6.00pm (Monday – Friday), 1st & 3rd Saturday (9.00am – 5.00 pm). Position Overview: - We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the Finance and Accounts Head in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the finance department, plant teams, banks, and statutory bodies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of financial coordination, and the ability to handle routine correspondence and documentation efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Finance & Accounts Head in routine functions, follow-ups, and documentation. Handle daily incoming and outgoing emails including drafting and replying to correspondence on behalf of the department. Coordinate between the accounts team and plant for timely flow of information, approvals, and documentation. Liaise with banks for matters such as documentation, transaction clarifications, fund transfers, and basic banking compliance. Maintain and track key communications, reports, and schedules for the Finance Head. Prepare responses to statutory notices/queries in coordination with auditors and legal advisors. Assist in compiling data for internal and external audits, statutory filings, and management reporting. Monitor deadlines for filings, tax submissions, and other compliance requirements. Experience in handling inter-department coordination and statutory correspondence is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Good command over written and spoken English. Strong email etiquette and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups effectively. Basic knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.
