What You’ll Own: As our Co-Founder & CTO, you’re the technical brain and the product visionary rolled into one. You’ll: Lead and build our tech team from scratch — engineers, data scientists, AI wizards, you name it Architect and develop the MVP and beyond, from backend AI pipelines to scalable cloud infrastructure Shape the product roadmap with the CEO & team, bringing killer AI-powered features to life Own tech decisions, from choosing frameworks to deploying real-time sentiment analysis models Drive innovation around multilingual NLP, geo-fencing, and scalable AI solutions tailored for India Collaborate with marketing and sales to translate client needs into technical realities Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure with AWS/Azure/GCP — make it bulletproof and cost-efficient Be the tech voice in investor pitches, helping nail down credibility and confidence What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, ideally with NLP and multilingual models Strong backend and cloud skills (AWS preferred), including microservices, APIs, and data pipelines A hacker’s mindset — you get stuff done, fast, and creatively Experience building MVPs and scaling products in startups or fast-paced environments Prior leadership or co-founder experience is a huge plus Passion for India’s digital ecosystem and deep understanding of its unique challenges Bonus points for familiarity with geo-fencing, location data, and real-time analytics Why Join Us?
