You are a seasoned Frontend Architect who will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable, high-performance frontend architecture for mobile and web platforms at Ouro. Your role will involve defining the frontend strategy, implementing best practices, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, UX, and backend engineering. Based in Noida with a hybrid work setup, your key responsibilities will include leading frontend architecture and design for both mobile and web applications, collaborating with teams to introduce new features, maintaining and enhancing existing codebases, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs, ensuring code quality and performance, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing among frontend developers. To excel in this role, you should have experience in React Native development for mobile, proficiency in ReactJS and NextJS for web development, along with expertise in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Stylex, and other relevant technologies. You should also be familiar with component libraries, design systems, performance optimization techniques, accessibility standards, testing frameworks, server-side rendering, progressive web apps, microfrontend architectures, and backend integration using Restful APIs and GraphQL. Moreover, you should possess DevOps knowledge including AWS/GCP services, Kubernetes, Docker for containerization and orchestration, CI/CD using Jenkins, and application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Quantum, Splunk, and Google Analytics. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, a minimum of 12 years of experience in frontend development with at least 2 years in architecture, strong problem-solving abilities, a keen interest in learning new technologies, excellent communication skills, teamwork capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines are essential qualifications for this role.,
