AWS Redshift Ops Professional

We are seeking an experienced AWS Redshift Ops Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operational support, troubleshooting, and improving the performance and reliability of data systems. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the growth and knowledge-sharing within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to production incidents in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data workflows, performance, and system behavior
• Contribute to system development and process automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
• Identify and suggest improvements to existing systems and workflows
• Enhance performance and reliability of data platforms and pipelines
• Train and support new employees on tools, processes, and best practices
