As a Senior CDP Configurator, your role entails various responsibilities including administration, analysis, design, development, user support, and maintenance of Customer Data Platforms such as SF Data Cloud and Tealium AudienceStream. You will be involved in configuring business rules and logic within the Customer Data Platform, managing connections with external systems, and collaborating with business analysts to refine requirements. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis, perform Proof of Concepts, test data efficacy, and manage stakeholder interactions. Required qualifications for this role include a minimum of 5 years of experience with 3 years specifically in implementing use cases in Customer Data Platforms. Hands-on experience with platforms like Sales Force Data Cloud and Tealium AudienceStream is essential, along with expertise in configuring data attributes, profile unification, and segmentation rules. Certifications in Sales Force Data Cloud or Tealium AudienceStream are also necessary. Desirable qualifications include prior experience in Pharma, familiarity with Tag management tools, and hands-on experience with Site Analytics engines and marketing automation engines.
