AWS Network Engineer

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and high-performing network infrastructure in AWS. This includes configuring and managing VPCs, Subnets, Route Tables, NAT Gateways, Transit Gateways, and VPNs. In addition, you will handle network security groups, NACLs, and firewall configurations. Collaborating closely with cloud architects and DevOps teams to ensure that network solutions meet application requirements is a key aspect of this role. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting network issues and optimizing network performance while ensuring compliance with best practices and security standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with AWS Networking services. Experience with hybrid network setups (on-prem to AWS) is also required. A good understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and BGP is essential. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is preferred, along with experience using monitoring and troubleshooting tools like CloudWatch and VPC Flow Logs. It would be advantageous to have relevant AWS Certifications, such as Advanced Networking Specialty, and experience working with networking in highly regulated environments.,
